SEED Scholarships General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the scholarship awards provided by partner universities in alignment with the SEED Scholarships Program. By applying for and accepting a SEED scholarship, applicants agree to the following:

1. Eligibility Requirements

a) Applicants must apply to the partner university and meet all its eligibility criteria as outlined in the university’s admissions and scholarship guidelines.

b) Only those who have submitted both their university application and the SEED Scholarship application within the specified deadlines are eligible for consideration.

c) Scholarships are available for specific programs as determined by the partner university.

2. Application Process

a) Applicants must ensure that the same email address used in their SEED Scholarship application is used in their university application for accurate processing.

b) Incomplete or late applications may result in disqualification from scholarship consideration.

c) SEED Global Education does not guarantee any scholarship award. Selection and award decisions rest solely with the partner universities.

3. Scholarship Award Distribution

a) The scholarship amount awarded may differ from the initial amount indicated in the SEED Scholarship application, as it is solely determined by the partner university based on the quality of the application submitted.

b) All scholarship funds are provided by the partner university, not SEED Global Education. These funds are non-transferable and will be applied directly to the recipient’s tuition fees at the university.

c) Recipients are responsible for covering any remaining tuition fees or associated costs not covered by the scholarship.

4. Announcement of Awards

a) SEED Global Education will announce shortlisted candidates on its official Instagram account, and final award decisions will be communicated by the partner university.

b) Official award details, including the amount and terms of the scholarship, will be provided directly by the university to the recipient.

5. Non-Guarantee of Award

a) Shortlisting for the SEED Scholarship does not guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded.

b) SEED Global Education assists candidates find these exclusive scholarship opportunities but has no influence over the final decision, which is at the sole discretion of the partner university.

6. Duration and Use of Scholarship

a) Scholarships are typically valid for the duration of the recipient’s current academic program and year, as determined by the university, and may not be carried over or deferred without the university’s approval.

b) Scholarships are awarded strictly for tuition fee reductions and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.

7. Termination of Scholarship

a) The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient fails to meet the academic or conduct standards set by the university.

b) If a recipient withdraws from their program, requests for a deferral or is dismissed for any reason, the scholarship may be revoked.

8. General Conditions

a) The terms and conditions of the scholarship may be subject to change by the university at any time. Recipients will be notified of any changes.

b) SEED Global Education and its partner universities reserve the right to modify or withdraw the scholarship offer without prior notice in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

9. Responsibilities of Recipients

a) Scholarship recipients must comply with the university’s regulations, policies, and academic standards.

b) Recipients are required to maintain regular communication with both SEED Global Education and the university regarding any updates or changes to their academic status or contact information.

10. Data Protection

a) By applying for the SEED Scholarship, applicants agree to allow SEED Global Education and the partner university to share relevant personal data necessary for the processing of scholarship applications and award disbursement.

11. Miscellaneous

a) The scholarship is not transferable to any other institution, program, or individual.

b) Any disputes regarding the scholarship will be governed by the laws of the country in which the partner university is located.

By accepting the scholarship, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
