University of Pittsburgh- Katz Graduate School of Business Tre Coles is the Associate Director of Student Diversity Recruitment at the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, where they focus on enhancing diversity and inclusivity in the student recruitment process. With nearly three years of experience in this role, Tre plays a key part in attracting talented students from diverse backgrounds to the business school. Prior to joining Katz, Tre served as the Interim Director of Enrollment Management at Penn State University, where they developed and implemented strategies to improve student engagement and streamline recruitment efforts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. As an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow, Kartikey gained extensive experience analysing emissions data, prioritizing decarbonization initiatives, and addressing critical challenges such as environmental justice and cultural factors. His expertise spans policy, research, and technology collaborations, and he is committed to leveraging his skills and knowledge to shape a sustainable and resilient future.
