Carlson School of Management Garth Herbert is an Associate Director of Recruiting for the Carlson School of Management MBA and MS programs. He has spent his career in higher education assisting students at all points in their educational journey, recently moving into Carlson School graduate admissions a year and a half ago. Garth not only works on the admissions and recruitment team, but he is also a recent graduate of the Carlson School Part-time MBA program, granting him a unique perspective as both a staff member and alumnus. He moved to Minnesota five years ago with his wife, and enjoys hiking, attending hockey games, and going out to the movies with his friends.

Senior Technical Recruiter
Amazon Jacqui Hull is a highly experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of 10+ years in the tech recruitment space. She currently serves as a Senior Full Lifecycle Recruiter for Amazon's Business & Corporate Development (BCD) team, a role she has held since September 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, for key business functions within Amazon. Google Abe Weston is an accomplished technology leader with over 10 years of experience in driving complex technical initiatives and enhancing fraud detection systems. Since 2015, he has served as an Associate Principal at Google, where he leads enforcement efforts to defend Google’s Display Advertising products (AdSense, AdMob) against vulnerabilities. He leverages data analysis, statistical modeling, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to improve abuse detection systems, automate processes, and refine policies, ultimately enhancing the user experience and minimizing fraud. Prior to Google, Abe worked at Dolby Laboratories and Check Point Software Technologies. At Dolby, he focused on research, analytics, and developing tools for business communications, while at Check Point, he led automation, machine learning, and statistical analysis projects that resulted in major improvements in process efficiency and fraud prevention. Abe holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (formerly Data Mining) from Central Connecticut State University, where he completed a thesis on predictive modeling for pay-per-click keyword bid values.
