His recent work examines how students are utilising AI tools to enhance learning, solve complex problems, and prepare for a future where technology is deeply integrated into professional life. Sining is particularly interested in how AI moves beyond prediction to support real-time decision-making in finance and economics. He integrates generative AI and experimental methods into his courses, encouraging students to think critically about the ethical and strategic implications of emerging technologies. At Weatherhead, he is a key contributor to pedagogical innovation and student-centred learning. With a background in design, innovation, and strategic research, Celeste leads interdisciplinary teams of students and faculty to co-create AI-driven solutions with corporate and nonprofit partners. Her work focuses on bridging academic research with real-world impact, guiding student-designed projects that explore generative AI, digital transformation, and responsible technology. Under her leadership, xLab has become a hub for experiential learning and industry collaboration, empowering students to engage directly with emerging technologies and business challenges. Celeste is passionate about creating inclusive innovation ecosystems and equipping future leaders with the tools to navigate complex digital landscapes. She brings a unique perspective to the master class, highlighting how AI can be both a learning tool and a catalyst for meaningful change.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she has held admissions roles at prestigious institutions such as Yale and the University of New Mexico. Before joining Weatherhead, she served as the director of Graduate Recruiting & Admissions at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. Stutsman y Marquez is known for her strategic approach to student recruitment and her dedication to fostering a dynamic and inclusive academic community. A former competitive college volleyball player, she also coached NCAA Division I women’s volleyball at Dartmouth College and the University of Hartford. Originally from Taos, New Mexico, she brings a deep commitment to education and service, inspired by her family’s legacy in these fields.
