Singapore Management University Lynn serves as the Recruitment and Admission Manager for the postgraduate programs at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University, a role she has held since September 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategies and admission processes, ensuring a diverse and talented cohort of students.
Shubham Agarwal
Chief of Staff
Pilgrim Shubham is an SMU alum with an MSc in Applied Finance (2019-2020), where he served as Class Representative and received the 'Impact on Asia' scholarship. Currently, he is the Chief of Staff at Pilgrim (Beauty & Personal Care), driving business strategy, revenue growth, investor relations, and new initiatives. With prior experience in B2B SaaS, he has worked in BizOps at Fincent (SMB FinTech SaaS), the Founder's Office at Facilio (Enterprise PropTech SaaS), and Eton Solutions (Enterprise WealthTech SaaS), leading major implementations and product development. A CPA (Australia) and angel investor since 2022, he is always open to discussions on startups, career guidance, and exciting investment opportunities.
Rakesh Thonukunoori
xVA Risk Manager
ANZ Rakesh Thonukunoori is an SMU alum with a Master's in Quantitative Finance (2014-2015). Currently, he is an xVA Risk Manager at ANZ, leveraging his expertise in model validation, risk management, and quantitative finance. With over eight years at ANZ, he previously worked as a Model Validation Quant, implementing advanced pricing models and risk frameworks. Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Analyst at UBS, focusing on regression analysis, option pricing, and automation tools. His early career includes roles in software development, quantitative training, and research, reflecting his strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Beyond finance, Rakesh has experience in non-profit initiatives and is passionate about mentoring, quantitative modeling, and innovation.
