Cambridge Judge Business School is the business school of the University of Cambridge - an institution that has inspired excellence and driven innovation for more than 800 years. Founded in 1990, the School combines this rich heritage with a forward-looking, entrepreneurial approach, sitting in the centre of Cambridge, England, within Silicon Fen, a global hotspot of entrepreneurial activity and innovation. Accredited by EQUIS, Cambridge Judge is particularly renowned for entrepreneurship, innovation, finance and strategy. The School was ranked #1 for Business and Management Studies in the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021 and won the Academic Research with Impact category at the FT Responsible Business Education Awards 2025, while its flagship one-year Cambridge MBA is ranked #1 one-year MBA in the UK by the 2026 Financial Times Global MBA Ranking. The Cambridge MBA transforms careers. Graduates from the most recent class secured roles across 24 countries in consulting, technology, healthcare, finance and energy, with 82% of job seekers receiving an offer within four months of graduation. During the programme, students learn from world-class academics, gain over 400 hours of practical experience through real client projects, and become members of one of Cambridge's 31 Colleges. Cambridge MBA alumni go on to lead global organisations, found ventures and shape policy worldwide, supported by the University of Cambridge's international alumni network - a community that helps explain why the Global University Employability Ranking 2026 placed Cambridge fourth among universities from which global companies recruit.
