Simon offers a rigorously quantitative, economics-based approach to decision-making in a student community that’s small by design and intentional in its inclusiveness. By incorporating generative AI into curricula across programs, Simon prepares students with the tools and understanding to lead the future of business. Our graduates excel and are hired around the globe. In fact, the Simon alumni network is more than 20,000 strong in 80+ countries and is an extension of the support students receive from faculty and staff. Simon was the first school in the US to offer STEM designation for every MBA concentration. In addition, the five full-time MS programs (Accountancy, AI in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, and Marketing Analytics) are STEM designated, which signals program quality and rigor to employers. STEM designation also allows international students the opportunity to work in the US for up to 36 months after graduation if hired in a STEM-eligible role.
