The GMAT requirement may be waived for U.S. domestic applicants and international applicants who completed their undergraduate degree (all four years) from a U.S. institution, with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or above. Applicants with a GPA below 3.2 are required to submit GMAT or GRE scores.
The MPAc is an accelerated, nine-month, full-time program. It follows a lock-step model, meaning students progress through the curriculum as a cohort, taking the same courses together.
The STEM-designated curriculum includes coursework in accounting, information systems, managerial accounting, financial accounting, auditing, and ethics. Students complete 48 units of coursework over the program's duration.
The program offers comprehensive career support, including résumé and cover letter refinement, firm networking, and professional development workshops. These services begin before students start the program and continue throughout.
Yes. The curriculum supports the educational requirements for CPA licensure in California by fulfilling the necessary semester units in "Accounting Subjects," "Accounting Study," and "Ethics Study." Depending on undergraduate coursework, additional courses may be needed to meet the "Business-Related Subjects" requirement.
