No work experience is required for our full-time Master in Management program. The majority of students start their Master in Management degree the summer after undergraduate graduation. In fact, candidates with more than two years of professional work experience are not eligible to apply and are encouraged to consider our MBA programs. Candidates with more than two years of experience in non-professional business roles (for example, teaching, health care, fine arts, etc.) or candidates with military service may be eligible and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
