Get all your questions answered about Executive MBA by San Francisco Management

The EMBA is designed for senior professionals. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of full-time work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. The GMAT/GRE may be waived for qualifying applicants on a case-by-case basis. International applicants must already hold valid US work authorization, as USF does not issue F-1 student visas for the EMBA.
The program spans 21 months and is designed to minimise disruption to your professional life. Classes meet once a month, Thursday through Saturday, allowing students to continue working full-time. The program also includes an international residential segment — a global immersion trip that is covered within the program fees.
The total program tuition is $105,200, regardless of in-state or out-of-state status. Financial aid options include employer tuition assistance/reimbursement, federal loans (via FAFSA — USF school code 001325), and the Yellow Ribbon Program for veterans.
The program is accredited by AACSB — held by less than 6% of business schools globally — and WSCUC. In terms of rankings, it is rated #28 for Executive MBA by U.S. News & World Report 2026, and #131–140 globally by QS World EMBA Rankings 2025.
Since EMBA students are already mid-to-senior professionals, the program is geared toward career acceleration rather than career switching. On average, USF MBA graduates see a 29% base salary increase post-graduation. Notable companies where graduates work include Amazon, Salesforce, Google, J.P. Morgan, Accenture, Kaiser Permanente, and Morgan Stanley, among others.
